These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Snappy ("we", "us", "the app"). By using Snappy, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. The short version

Snappy rates photos you submit and lets you save the ones you like to My Shots.
Free use is limited; a paid subscription (billed via Stripe) unlocks unlimited ratings.
Don't use Snappy to upload illegal, abusive, or someone else's private photos without consent.
We can suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these Terms.
Snappy's ratings are for entertainment purposes and aren't a statement of fact about you or anyone else.

2. Using Snappy

You may use Snappy without an account, subject to a free-usage limit enforced per device. Creating an account (by email/password or Google Sign-In) lets your subscription and saved shots follow you across devices. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

Only submit photos you have the right to use — your own photos, or photos of others who have consented.
Don't upload content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, sexually exploitative of minors, or otherwise violates the rights of any person.
Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the scoring service or app infrastructure.
Don't use the app to build a competing product using our scoring outputs at scale.

We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Photos and content

You retain ownership of any photos you submit. Photos sent for scoring are processed and discarded unless you explicitly save them to My Shots, in which case they're stored on our servers tied to your account so you can revisit them. See our Privacy Policy for details on how photo data is handled.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Paid subscriptions are billed and managed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the price and interval shown at checkout until you cancel. We never see or store your card details. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period, and we don't provide prorated refunds except where required by law.

6. Ratings are not professional advice

Snappy's photo ratings are generated for entertainment purposes by an automated scoring system. They are subjective, may be inaccurate, and should not be relied upon as a professional, medical, or psychological assessment of any kind.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Snappy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any reliance on ratings it produces.

8. Termination

You may stop using Snappy and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. Upon termination, your right to use the app ends, though certain provisions of these Terms (such as limitations of liability) survive.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
