How do free ratings work?

You can rate a limited number of photos for free, tracked per device. Once you've used your free ratings, you'll need an active subscription to keep rating photos.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from the Account section in the app; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

How do I delete my account?

Email us at [email protected] from the address on your account and we'll take care of it.

Something isn't working, or a rating looks wrong.

Email us a description of what happened (and a screenshot, if you have one) and we'll look into it.
